The report generation and extension management is done through a simple and intuitive web interface, from any computer equipped with a standard web browser.

With ACM you can identify users in you reports based either on their phone extension as well as on the CUCM’s Forced Authorization Code FAC associated to the user.

Altus Collaboration Manager makes managing FACs easier through the automation of the code generation, its configuration in Cisco´s Communications Manager and its automatically sent through email to the users.

It also allows the final user to self manage their code from their browser, without the help of the admin.
